ประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์ราชการกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดสกลนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานที่ทันสมัยและเป็นศูนย์บริการด้านแรงงานแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ (One Stop Service) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการแก่ประชาชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานก่อสร้างอาคารใหม่ งานระบบไฟฟ้าและประปาภายในอาคาร และงานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคารให้สวยงามและใช้งานได้สะดวก ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา รวมถึงประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานก่อสร้างโครงการที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกัน และต้องมีศักยภาพในการบริหารจัดการโครงการให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด การพิจารณาผลการประกวดราคาจะพิจารณาจากข้อเสนอทางด้านเทคนิคและราคาที่เหมาะสม
Bidding for the construction of the Sakon Nakhon Provincial Ministry of Labour Government Center Building. The main objective is to create a modern office building and a One-Stop Service labor service center to enhance service efficiency for the public and related agencies. The scope of work includes new building construction, electrical and plumbing systems within the building, and landscape improvement around the building to be beautiful and convenient to use. Bidders must meet all the qualifications specified in the bidding documents, including experience in construction projects of a similar nature, and must have the potential to manage the project to completion within the specified timeframe. The consideration of the bidding results will be based on the technical and price proposals.
