โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องช่วยหายใจชนิดควบคุมด้วยปริมาตรและความดัน แบบเคลื่อนย้ายได้ (Transport Volume and Pressure Ventilator) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อใช้ช่วยหายใจผู้ป่วยในภาวะวิกฤตขณะเคลื่อนย้าย เครื่องช่วยหายใจนี้ต้องสามารถผลิตอากาศได้เองภายในตัวเครื่องด้วยระบบ Turbine หรือดีกว่า ควบคุมการจ่ายลมและแก๊สด้วยปริมาตรและความดัน มีจอแสดงผลสีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 8 นิ้ว ควบคุมด้วยระบบสัมผัสหรือปุ่มหมุน แสดงรูปกราฟได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 Real Time Waveform รองรับโหมดการทำงานหลากหลาย เช่น A/C, PC, NPPV, CPAP2PSV, Vsync หรือ ASV รวมถึงมีระบบควบคุมพิเศษ เช่น Manual Breath, Nebulizer, 100% Oxygen และ Leak Compensation จ่าย Peak Flow ได้สูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 140 ลิตร/นาที สามารถตั้งค่าพารามิเตอร์ต่างๆ ได้อย่างละเอียด และมีระบบ Monitor และ Alarm ที่ครอบคลุม นอกจากนี้ ยังมีระบบช่วยหายใจแบบพิเศษ Hi Flow O2 หรือ Humidifier with Integrated Flow Generator และแบตเตอรี่ที่ใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง อุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งาน รวมถึง ชุดวงจรสายช่วยหายใจ, Flow Sensor, ชุดวาล์วหายใจออก, ที่แขวนสายช่วยหายใจ และปอดเทียม

The project aims to procure Transport Volume and Pressure Ventilators for assisting patients in critical conditions during transportation. The ventilator must have an internal air generation system using a Turbine or better. It controls the delivery of air and gas by volume and pressure, features a color display of at least 8 inches controlled by a touch screen or control knobs, and displays at least 2 Real Time Waveforms. It supports various operating modes such as A/C, PC, NPPV, CPAP2PSV, Vsync or ASV, and includes special control systems such as Manual Breath, Nebulizer, 100% Oxygen, and Leak Compensation. It delivers a peak flow of at least 140 liters/minute, allows detailed parameter settings, and has comprehensive monitoring and alarm systems. Additionally, it features a special Hi Flow O2 or Humidifier with Integrated Flow Generator system and a battery that can operate continuously for at least 2 hours. Accessories include breathing circuits, flow sensors, expiratory valve sets, breathing circuit hangers, and a test lung.
