โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างจัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเผยแพร่ข่าวสารของกองทุนพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและภารกิจของกองทุนฯ ในการพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการเงินเฉพาะกิจของประเทศ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การวางแผนและดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การเชิญสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การจัดทำข้อมูลและประเด็นข่าวที่น่าสนใจ การรวบรวมหลักฐานการเผยแพร่ข่าวในช่องทางต่างๆ และการประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบผลงานในรูปแบบรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน (ทั้งแบบรูปเล่มและไฟล์ดิจิทัล) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยรายละเอียดการจัดกิจกรรม รายชื่อสื่อมวลชนที่เข้าร่วม ข้อมูลและประเด็นข่าว หลักฐานการเผยแพร่ข่าว และภาพกิจกรรม รวมถึงไฟล์ภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหวต้นฉบับที่ใช้ในการเผยแพร่ข่าว
This project is to hire a contractor to organize public relations activities to disseminate news and information about the Specialized Financial Institutions System Development Fund. The main objectives are to raise awareness and understanding of the Fund’s role and mission in developing the country’s specialized financial institution system. The scope of work includes planning and implementing appropriate public relations activities, inviting media to participate, preparing interesting news and information, collecting evidence of news dissemination through various channels, and evaluating performance. The contractor must deliver the work in the form of a summary report (both hard copy and digital file), which includes details of the activities, a list of participating media, news and information, evidence of news dissemination, and activity photos, as well as original still and video files used in news dissemination.
