รายละเอียดการจ้าง
ธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ธอส.) มีความประสงค์ที่จะจ้างเหมาบริการบริษัทผู้ประสานงานเพื่อจัดโครงการสานสัมพันธ์สื่อมวลชนสัญจร ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2568 ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับสื่อมวลชน ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่สำคัญของธนาคาร โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายที่จะเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ถูกต้องและน่าเชื่อถือเกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินงาน ผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ โครงการ และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดโปรแกรมการเดินทางในกรุงโตเกียว ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 วัน 3 คืน สำหรับผู้เดินทางไม่เกิน 55 คน รวมถึงการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงานแถลงข่าวและการศึกษาดูงานด้านสังคมผู้สูงอายุและการเงินธนาคาร นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาที่พักระดับ 4 ดาวขึ้นไป อาหารทุกมื้อ บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน (Business Class 1 ที่นั่ง และ Economy Class 54 ที่นั่ง) รถบัสปรับอากาศ มัคคุเทศก์ที่มีประสบการณ์ และบริการพิเศษต่างๆ เช่น Travel set, ยาสามัญประจำบ้าน, อาหารเสริม, ขนม, น้ำดื่ม และซิมโรมมิ่ง
ธนาคารจะแบ่งการชำระเงินเป็น 2 งวด โดยงวดแรกจะชำระ 40% หลังจากส่งมอบแผนการเดินทางและหลักฐานการจองต่างๆ ส่วนงวดที่สองจะชำระส่วนที่เหลือหลังจากนำคณะเดินทางกลับถึงประเทศไทยและส่งมอบหลักฐานภาพถ่ายเรียบร้อยแล้ว
The Bank of Thailand (GHB) intends to hire a coordinating company to organize the 1st Media Relations Trip Project for the year 2025 in Japan. The main objectives are to build good relationships with the media, which is an important stakeholder group of the bank. The project aims to disseminate accurate and reliable information about the bank’s performance, products, services, projects, and activities.
The scope of work includes organizing a travel program in Tokyo, Japan, for at least 5 days and 3 nights for up to 55 participants, including coordination with relevant agencies for press conferences and study visits on elderly care and banking. In addition, the contractor must provide 4-star accommodation, all meals, flight tickets (1 Business Class seat and 54 Economy Class seats), air-conditioned buses, experienced guides, and special services such as travel sets, over-the-counter medicines, snacks, drinking water, and roaming SIMs.
The bank will divide the payment into 2 installments. The first installment of 40% will be paid after the travel plan and booking confirmation are submitted. The second installment will be paid after the group returns to Thailand and photo evidence is submitted.
