รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ GIS ที่รองรับข้อมูลโครงข่ายระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสารของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) แบบรวมอะไหล่ จำนวน 1 ระบบ เพื่อให้ระบบ GIS ของ กฟน. สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น การจัดหาอะไหล่ที่จำเป็น การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค และการปรับปรุงระบบให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องศึกษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ GIS และระบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของ กฟน. ในปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้สามารถบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งแผนการบำรุงรักษาให้ กฟน. ทราบล่วงหน้า และจัดทำรายงานรายละเอียดการบำรุงรักษาประจำเดือน รวมถึงจัดหาบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาประจำที่สำนักภูมิสารสนเทศระบบไฟฟ้า กฟน. เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้งานและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ
This project aims to procure maintenance and repair services for the GIS computer system supporting the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s (MEA) electrical and communication network data, including parts, for one system. The objective is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the MEA’s GIS system. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, parts procurement, technical support, and system upgrades. The contractor must study the GIS computer system and related systems of the MEA to effectively maintain and repair the computer. The contractor must submit a maintenance plan to the MEA in advance and provide monthly maintenance reports, as well as assign expert personnel to the MEA’s Electrical Geoinformatics Division to assist users and resolve issues.
