โครงการนี้เป็นการซ่อมสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling บนถนนลายทาง ลพ.ถ 10002 ลายบ้านไร่ดง-หนองเงือก บริเวณบ้านหนองเงือก หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลแม่แรง อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน มีความกว้างผิวจราจร 5.50 เมตร และความยาว 2,325.00 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 12,787.50 ตารางเมตร โดยจะทำการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างถนนเดิมด้วยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ซึ่งรวมถึงการขุด, บดอัด, และผสมวัสดุใหม่ เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของพื้นทาง นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการPrime Coat ผิวทาง, การทำผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตหนา 5 ซม. และการตีเส้นจราจร รวมถึงการติดตั้ง GUARD RAIL ในจุดที่กำหนด เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงท้องถิ่น (มทถ.) และมาตรฐานการทดสอบวัสดุงานทาง มทถ.(ท) รวมถึงต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุระหว่างการก่อสร้าง และใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด

This project involves the repair and construction of asphalt concrete pavement using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method on LPT road no. 10002, Lai Ban Rai Dong-Nong Ngueak, Nong Ngueak area, Moo 5, Mae Raeng Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province. The project includes a traffic surface width of 5.50 meters and a length of 2,325.00 meters, resulting in a traffic surface area of not less than 12,787.50 square meters. The project involves improving the existing road structure using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method, including excavation, compaction, and mixing new materials such as cement to increase the strength of the road base. It also includes priming the road surface, applying a 5 cm thick asphalt concrete surface, and applying traffic lines, as well as installing GUARD RAILs at specified points to increase traffic safety. The contractor must comply with the Local Highway Standards (มทถ.) and the Material Testing Standards มทถ.(ท), including having measures to prevent accidents during construction and using materials produced within the country not less than 60 percent of the total value of the materials.
