การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อเผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณาของ MEA ทางสื่อรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน MRT ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน – 31 สิงหาคม 2568

โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้อง:

1. เผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณาความยาว 15 วินาที บนจอดิจิทัลจำนวน 1,191 จอ ใน 38 สถานี MRT และ 54 ขบวนรถไฟฟ้า ด้วยความถี่ 8 ครั้ง/รอบ/จอ เผยแพร่วันละ 12 รอบ รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 10,290,240 ครั้ง
2. เผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณาความยาว 15 วินาที บนจอดิจิทัลจุด Silom Junction จำนวน 1 จอ ด้วยความถี่ 8 ครั้ง/รอบ/จอ เผยแพร่วันละ 18 รอบ รวม 8,640 ครั้ง (เฉพาะ 1 มิถุนายน - 31 กรกฎาคม 2568)
3. เผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณาความยาว 15 วินาที บนจอดิจิทัลจำนวน 10 จอ ใน 6 สถานี MRT (สุขุมวิท, เพชรบุรี, พระรามเก้า, พหลโยธิน, สวนจตุจักร, ลาดพร้าว) ด้วยความถี่ 8 ครั้ง/รอบ/จอ เผยแพร่วันละ 12 รอบ รวม 57,600 ครั้ง (เฉพาะ 1 มิถุนายน - 31 กรกฎาคม 2568)
4. ส่งมอนิเตอร์การเผยแพร่สปอตโฆษณา MEA ผ่านทางอีเมลทันทีในวันที่เผยแพร่
5. รับทราบว่าผลผลิตทั้งหมดเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ MEA และห้ามนำไปใช้/เผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
6. ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการปรับหากส่งมอบงานล่าช้า

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องให้ความสำคัญกับจริยธรรม, อาชีวอนามัย, ความปลอดภัย, สิ่งแวดล้อม, กฎหมายแรงงาน, สิทธิมนุษยชน และลงนามในข้อตกลงประมวลผลข้อมูล (Data Processing Agreement) ตาม PDPA ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานใส่ Thumb drive หรือ External Harddisk ภายในวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2568 MEA จะจ่ายค่าจ้างหลังจากตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

MEA intends to hire a contractor to broadcast a 15-second MEA advertisement spot on digital screens at MRT stations and trains from June 1 to August 31, 2025. The contractor must broadcast the spot on 1,191 digital screens in 38 MRT stations and 54 trains, with a frequency of 8 times/round/screen, 12 rounds per day, totaling no less than 10,290,240 times. The contractor must also broadcast the spot on 1 digital screen at Silom Junction, with a frequency of 8 times/round/screen, 18 rounds per day, totaling 8,640 times (only from June 1 to July 31, 2025). Additionally, the spot must be broadcast on 10 digital screens in 6 MRT stations (Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, Rama 9, Phahonyothin, Chatuchak Park, Lat Phrao) with a frequency of 8 times/round/screen, 12 rounds per day, totaling 57,600 times (only from June 1 to July 31, 2025). The contractor must send monitoring reports of the broadcast via email immediately on the broadcast date. All deliverables are the copyright of MEA, and the contractor must sign a Data Processing Agreement according to PDPA. The contractor must deliver the work on a Thumb drive or External Harddisk by August 31, 2025. Payment will be made after MEA’s inspection and acceptance of the work.
