This project involves hiring IT support services to maintain and manage the computers, servers, printers, and software of IPST. It includes troubleshooting, providing advice, preparing reports, analyzing the causes of problems, and improving work processes for efficiency. It covers operating system and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and software installation.
The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, immediate problem solving, operating system and software management, and technical support. The contractor is required to prepare reports, compile problems and solutions, analyze the causes of problems, and improve work processes.
Service includes maintenance of client computers and printers, server and data storage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, consulting and troubleshooting of operating systems and software, and operations via IPST’s computer management system. Includes compliance with information security policies and cybersecurity standards.
Deliverables are paid in installments according to quarterly service reports and service plans. There are penalties if personnel cannot be delivered as scheduled.
