รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ประมวลผล และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบใบอนุญาตและใบรับรองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อการนำเข้า ส่งออก และการเชื่อมโยงระบบของกรมศุลกากรกับระบบกลาง โดยขอบเขตงานจะครอบคลุมถึงการบำรุงรักษา Hardware, Software และระบบสนับสนุนต่างๆ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย มีประสบการณ์ในการขายและติดตั้งระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ มีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ และมีระบบ Support Desk ที่พร้อมให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 หรือดีกว่า ครอบคลุมเรื่องการให้บริการบำรุงรักษา
การประเมินผลการเสนอราคาจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา ประสบการณ์ของทีมงาน และราคาที่เสนอ โดยกรมศุลกากรจะพิจารณาอนุมัติการจัดจ้างเมื่อได้รับงบประมาณเรียบร้อยแล้ว
This project aims to hire maintenance and repair services for computers, processing equipment, and computer systems related to the Electronic License and Certificate Verification System Development Project for import, export, and linking the Customs Department’s system with the central system. The scope of work covers the maintenance of hardware, software, and support systems, including troubleshooting to ensure the system operates continuously and efficiently.
The contractor must be a juristic person registered in Thailand, have experience in selling and installing computer systems, have knowledgeable personnel to maintain the computer systems, and have a Support Desk ready to provide services 24 hours a day. In addition, the contractor must have ISO 9001:2015 or better, covering maintenance services.
The evaluation of bids will be based on the bidder’s qualifications, team experience, and the proposed price. The Customs Department will approve the procurement upon receiving the budget.
