การขีดฆาขอมูลสวนบุคคลออนไหว
กฟผ. มีประกาศความเปนสวนตัว (Privacy Notice) สําหรับการจัดซื้อจัดจาง การบริหารพัสดุ และการ บริหารสัญญา เพื่อใชในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช หรือเปดเผย ขอมูลสวนบุคคล แตไมเก็บขอมูลสวนบุคคลออนไหว หากเอกสารของทานที่ตองสงมอบให กฟผ. มีขอมูลสวนบุคคลออนไหวตามที่ถูกบัญญัติไวในมาตรา 26 ของ PDPA ดังนี้ เชื้อชาติ เผาพันธุ ความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ความเชื่อในลัทธิ ศาสนาหรือปรัชญา พฤติกรรมทาง เพศ ประวัติอาชญากรรม ขอมูลสุขภาพ ความพิการ ขอมูลสหภาพแรงงาน ขอมูลพันธุกรรม ขอมูลชีวภาพ หรือ ขอมูลอื่นใด ซึ่งกระทบตอเจาของขอมูลสวนบุคคลในทํานองเดียวกันรวมอยูดวย ขอใหทานขีดฆา หรือปกปดขอมูล ดังกลาว กอนสงมอบใหแก กฟผ.
