โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านคอนเทนต์ภาพยนตร์และซีรีส์ระดับต้น (Newcomers) ให้มีความรู้และทักษะในการพัฒนาผลงาน (Pitch Deck) และนำเสนอผลงานเบื้องต้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยจะมีการจัดกิจกรรมบ่มเพาะให้ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการผลิตภาพยนตร์และซีรีส์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมเสวนาเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์และซีรีส์ และกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่าย (Networking Event) เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้มีโอกาสพบปะและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้กับผู้มีประสบการณ์ในวงการ

โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการใน 2 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดขอนแก่น และจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะสร้างบุคลากรระดับต้นที่สามารถพัฒนาผลงานและนำเสนอผลงานเบื้องต้นได้ พร้อมทั้งยกระดับทักษะไปสู่วิชาชีพระดับกลาง (Mid-career) เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมคอนเทนต์ และเป็นพื้นฐานสู่การสร้างผลงานจริงที่สามารถส่งออกสู่ตลาดสากลได้

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการทบทวนและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรกิจกรรม, คัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ, ประสานงานวิทยากรและที่ปรึกษา, จัดกิจกรรมตามแผน, จัดเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์, บันทึกภาพและจัดทำวิดีโอสรุปผล, รวบรวมข้อมูลผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ, และประเมินผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม

The main objective of this project is to develop newcomers in film and series content creation, providing them with the knowledge and skills to develop a pitch deck and present their work effectively. This will be achieved through workshops providing foundational knowledge from industry experts, seminars on the film and series industry, and networking events. The project will be implemented in Khon Kaen and Chonburi provinces, aiming to equip participants with the skills to advance to mid-career professionals and create content for international markets. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing and improving the curriculum, selecting participants, coordinating speakers and mentors, organizing activities, preparing venues and equipment, recording videos, collecting participant data, and evaluating the project’s progress.
