ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดพิมพ์หนังสือคำพิพากษาศาลฎีกา พ.ศ. 2568 จำนวน 55,100 เล่ม แบ่งเป็นหนังสือคำพิพากษาศาลฎีกา (12 เล่ม, เล่มละ 4,100 เล่ม) และหนังสือสารบาญคำพิพากษาศาลฎีกา (5,900 เล่ม) โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของรูปเล่ม ขนาด การพิมพ์ กระดาษ และการเข้าเล่มตามที่กำหนด

ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการบรรจุ ปิดป้ายชื่อที่อยู่ จัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ และจัดส่งหนังสือที่พิมพ์เสร็จมายังศาลฎีกาเพื่อส่งต่อไปยังหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ โดยมีกำหนดเวลาการส่งมอบพัสดุและการจ่ายเงินเป็นงวดตามที่ระบุใน TOR

The objective of this project is to print the Supreme Court’s judgments for the year 2025, totaling 55,100 copies, consisting of the Supreme Court’s judgments (12 volumes) and the index of the Supreme Court’s judgments. The contractor must print and deliver the books within the specified timeframe. The scope of work includes printing the Supreme Court’s judgments B.E. 2568 (2025) in a total of 55,100 copies, divided into the Supreme Court’s judgments (12 books, 4,100 copies each) and the index of the Supreme Court’s judgments (5,900 copies), with specific details on the format, size, printing, paper, and binding as specified. The contractor must pack, label, address, mail, and deliver the printed books to the Supreme Court for further distribution to various agencies nationwide, with delivery timelines and payments in installments as specified in the TOR.
