โครงการจ้างเหมาติดตั้งข่ายใยแก้วนําแสงเส้นทางหลัก ปีงบประมาณ 2568 มีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงและขยายโครงข่ายระบบสื่อสารของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นให้มีความทันสมัย เสถียรภาพ และครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่การให้บริการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการขยายโครงข่ายระบบสื่อสารและเพิ่มจุดเชื่อมต่อระบบเครือข่าย, ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพระบบเครือข่ายด้วยเทคโนโลยีสายใยแก้วนําแสง (Fiber Optic) เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานที่เพิ่มขึ้น และลดปัญหาของระบบเครือข่ายอันเนื่องมาจากความเสื่อมสภาพของสายสัญญาณเดิม

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งสายใยแก้วนําแสงแบบ 48 แกน จำนวน 4 เส้นทาง, สายใยแก้วนําแสงแบบ 24 แกน จำนวน 10 เส้นทาง, และสายใยแก้วนําแสงแบบ 12 แกน จำนวน 6 เส้นทาง นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานตัดถ่ายสายใยแก้วนําแสง 2 งาน, งานดันท่อใต้ดินพร้อมตัดถ่ายสายใยแก้วนําแสง 1 งาน, งานติดตั้งตู้คอดินพักสายขนาด 27U จำนวน 2 ตู้, และงานติดตั้งโครงเหล็กแขวนม้วนสายใยแก้วนําแสง 2 โครง

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งสายใยแก้วนําแสงจากต้นทางไปยังปลายทางโดยไม่มีจุดเชื่อมต่อระหว่างทาง และทำการเชื่อมต่อ Connector ด้วยวิธีการ Fusion Splice ด้วยสายแบบ SC/UPC รวมถึงต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานด้านการติดตั้งระบบข่ายใยแก้วนําแสงมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ฉบับสัญญากับหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเอกชน โดยมีมูลค่าการติดตั้งไม่น้อยกว่า 3,152,000 บาท

The project aims to upgrade and expand the communication network of Khon Kaen University to be modern, stable, and cover all service areas. The main objectives are to expand the communication network and increase network connection points, improve network efficiency with Fiber Optic technology to support increasing usage, and reduce network problems due to the deterioration of old signal cables.

The scope of work includes the installation of 4 routes of 48-core fiber optic cables, 10 routes of 24-core fiber optic cables, and 6 routes of 12-core fiber optic cables. Additionally, there are 2 fiber optic cable transfer works, 1 underground pipe pushing and cable transfer work, installation of 2 27U underground cable cabinets, and installation of 2 fiber optic cable hanging steel structures.

Bidders must install fiber optic cables from the origin to the destination without intermediate connections and connect connectors using the Fusion Splice method with SC/UPC cables. They must also meet the specified qualifications, such as having at least 1 contract for fiber optic network installation with a government or private agency, with an installation value of not less than 3,152,000 Baht.
