โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ (FIRE ALARM SYSTEM) ของอาคารสมเด็จพระสังฆราชและอาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โรงพยาบาลราชพิพัฒน์ ซึ่งระบบเดิมมีอายุการใช้งานนานกว่า 20 ปีและอุปกรณ์บางส่วนชำรุดเสียหาย ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ใหม่ ได้แก่ ตู้ควบคุมสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ (Fire Alarm Control Panel), ตู้แสดงแผนผังอาคาร, อุปกรณ์ตรวจจับควันและความร้อนแบบระบุตำแหน่ง, อุปกรณ์แจ้งเหตุด้วยมือ, อุปกรณ์แจ้งเหตุด้วยเสียงและแสง, และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้ง, เดินสาย, ทดสอบระบบ, และจัดทำเอกสาร Shop drawing และ As-built Drawing รวมถึงรับประกันอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลา 2 ปี เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถตรวจจับและแจ้งเหตุได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ลดความสูญเสียต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน

This project involves upgrading the Fire Alarm System in Somdej Phra Sangharaj and Chalerm Phra Kiat buildings at Ratchapipat Hospital. The scope includes supplying and installing new equipment such as a Fire Alarm Control Panel, Graphic Annunciator, addressable smoke and heat detectors, manual pull stations, horn strobes, and related components. The contractor is responsible for installation, wiring, system testing, and providing shop drawings and as-built drawings. A 2-year warranty on equipment is required to ensure accurate and timely fire detection, minimizing potential loss of life and property.
