กองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ (กบข.) มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารกองทุนให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของสมาชิก และเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ความรู้สมาชิกอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในปี 2568 กบข. มีกำหนดจัดกิจกรรมสื่อมวลชนสัมพันธ์ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 26 - 29 เมษายน 2568 (4 วัน 3 คืน) เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ภารกิจ นโยบาย การดำเนินงานของ กบข. โดยเฉพาะแนวทางการศึกษา Retirement Complex โดยมีสื่อมวลชนเป็นสื่อกลางในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับสื่อมวลชน
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการ ประสานงาน และอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดกิจกรรมสื่อมวลชนสัมพันธ์ ให้แก่คณะผู้เดินทาง ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย สื่อมวลชน ผู้บริหาร และเจ้าหน้าที่ของ กบข. จำนวนอย่างน้อย 40 - 50 คน โดยต้องจัดเตรียมบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน ที่พัก อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม เจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุน ประกันการเดินทาง คู่มือการเดินทาง ของที่ระลึก และอำนวยความสะดวกในเรื่องต่างๆ ตลอดระยะเวลาการทำกิจกรรม
The Government Pension Fund (GPF) is committed to developing fund management approaches that meet the needs of its members and continuously disseminate information to members. In 2025, GPF is scheduled to organize a media relations activity in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, between April 26 - 29, 2025 (4 days, 3 nights) to promote GPF’s missions, policies, and operations, especially the Retirement Complex study approach, with the media as a medium for disseminating information and building good relationships with the media.
The contractor must coordinate and facilitate the media relations activities for the delegation, which includes media, executives, and GPF staff, with a minimum of 40-50 people, and must prepare airline tickets, accommodation, food, beverages, support staff, travel insurance, travel guides, souvenirs, and facilitate various matters throughout the duration of the activity.
