เมืองพัทยา มีความประสงค์จะเช่าใช้บริการระบบ Cloud Server พร้อมค่าบริการดูแลและปรับแต่งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือนของระบบการเงินและบัญชีของเมืองพัทยา เพื่อให้ระบบการเงินและบัญชีสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม 2568 - กรกฎาคม 2568 รวมระยะเวลา 3 เดือน
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีผลงานด้านการให้บริการ Cloud Server ของหน่วยงานรัฐไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ผลงาน มูลค่าสัญญาไม่น้อยกว่า 211,200 บาท
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการเช่าใช้ระบบ Cloud Server ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐาน Data Center ที่กำหนด เช่น ISO/IEC 27001, CSA STAR Cloud Security และต้องมี Data Center ในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 3 แห่ง มีระบบสำรองไฟฟ้าฉุกเฉิน และมีเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องให้บริการดูแลและปรับแต่งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือน (Virtual Machine) ของระบบการเงินและบัญชี ตามโครงสร้างที่เมืองพัทยาใช้งานอยู่ มีการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) ทั้งใน Data Center หลักและสำรอง มีระบบติดตามและแจ้งเตือนสถานะเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เสมือน และต้องยินยอมปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยระบบสารสนเทศของเมืองพัทยา
Pattaya City intends to lease Cloud Server services with maintenance and customization services for the virtual server of the Pattaya City’s financial and accounting system, to ensure the financial and accounting system can operate continuously from May 2025 to July 2025, a total period of 3 months.
Bidders must meet the qualifications specified by law, have a track record of providing Cloud Server services to government agencies with at least 1 project with a contract value of not less than 211,200 baht.
The scope of work includes leasing a Cloud Server system that meets the Data Center standard requirements, such as ISO/IEC 27001, CSA STAR Cloud Security, and must have at least 3 Data Centers in Thailand, an emergency power backup system, and 24-hour support staff.
In addition, bidders must provide maintenance and customization services for the virtual server (Virtual Machine) of the financial and accounting system, according to the structure used by Pattaya City, with data backup in both the main and backup Data Centers, a system for monitoring and alerting the status of the virtual computer, and must comply with the information system security measures of Pattaya City.
