This procurement is for a new, high-roof passenger van with at least 12 seats, in gray color. The van must have a 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled engine with turbo intercooler, common rail type, and a displacement of at least 2,400 cc. It features an automatic transmission, dual-zone air conditioning, and comprehensive safety features such as front airbags, ABS, traction control, and stability control. The vehicle’s dimensions must be at least 5,100 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and 2,000 mm in height. A warranty of at least 1 year or 100,000 kilometers is required. The seller is responsible for registration and insurance under the Motor Vehicle Victims Protection Act B.E. 2535, including all associated costs. Maintenance services must be available at service centers in every province.
