โครงการจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลัง ได้แก่ โลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังส่วนอกและเอว (จำนวน 2 ขนาด) และวัสดุเสริมความแข็งแรงทดแทนปล้องกระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอ, อก, และเอว โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการผ่าตัดยึดกระดูกสันหลังในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกระดูกสันหลังเสื่อมหรือมีข้อบ่งชี้ทางการแพทย์
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาวัสดุที่มีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น วัสดุที่ผลิตจาก Titanium 6AL-4V ELI Alloy หรือ PEEK ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติไม่ก่อให้เกิดอาการระคายเคืองต่อเนื้อเยื่อและมีความแข็งแรงที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ วัสดุแต่ละชนิดต้องมีขนาดและรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย เพื่อให้แพทย์สามารถเลือกใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับสรีระและสภาพของผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย
รายการวัสดุที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย:
- โลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังส่วนอก, เอว ระดับแรก จำนวน 60 SET
- โลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังส่วนอก, เอว ระดับถัดไป จำนวน 120 SET
- วัสดุเสริมความแข็งแรงทดแทนปล้องกระดูก หรือกระดูกสันหลังส่วน คอ / อก / เอว จำนวน 60 SET
วัสดุทั้งหมดต้องเป็นสินค้าใหม่ที่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และต้องได้รับการอนุมัติให้นำเข้าจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข รวมถึงได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพการผลิตและความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานตามมาตรฐานสากล
The objective of this procurement project is to acquire medical supplies necessary for spinal surgery, including thoracic and lumbar spinal fixation systems (in two sizes) and bone graft substitutes for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. These supplies will be used in spinal fusion surgeries for patients with spinal degeneration or other medical indications.
The scope of work includes providing materials with specific characteristics, such as those made from Titanium 6AL-4V ELI Alloy or PEEK, which are non-irritating to tissues and have appropriate strength. The materials must also come in various sizes and designs to allow surgeons to choose the most suitable option for each patient’s anatomy and condition.
The materials to be purchased include:
- Thoracic and lumbar spinal fixation system, first level, 60 SETs
- Thoracic and lumbar spinal fixation system, next level, 120 SETs
- Bone graft substitute for cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine, 60 SETs
All materials must be new and unused, approved for import by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), and certified for quality and safety according to international standards.
