เอกสารนี้เป็นแบบมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) จัดทำโดยกรมทางหลวงชนบท กระทรวงคมนาคม พิมพ์ครั้งที่ 4 เมื่อเดือนธันวาคม 2556 โดยมีจำนวน 1,500 เล่ม มีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานงานทาง รวมถึงข้อกำหนดการใช้พัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศ โดยเฉพาะเหล็กและเหล็กกล้า ต้องมีสัดส่วนไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของพัสดุที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง และเหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าที่ใช้ต้องเป็นพัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด หากยังไม่ครบตามข้อกำหนด สามารถใช้พัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศประเภทอื่นเพิ่มเติมได้เพื่อให้ครบตามอัตราที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ยังมีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับส่วนประกอบต่างๆ ของถนน เช่น เหล็กเสริมอุณหภูมิ, Dowel Bar และ Tie Bar รวมถึงข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
