โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้ออาหารปรุงส าเร็จส าหรับผู้ป่วยสามัญและผู้ป่วยพิเศษของโรงพยาบาลแจ้ห่ม โดยมุ่งเน้นการสรรหาผู้เสนอราคาที่มีคุณสมบัติ, ความพร้อม, และความช านาญในการประกอบและบริการอาหารผู้ป่วยใน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องลงทุนและรับผิดชอบทั้งหมดในด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น ความสะอาดของสถานที่เตรียมและปรุงอาหาร, วัตถุดิบที่ใช้, บุคลากร, วัสดุ, ครุภัณฑ์, อุปกรณ์, และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสุขาภิบาลอาหารที่โรงพยาบาลก าหนด

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาอาหารส าหรับผู้ป่วยสามัญ (ประมาณ 25 ราย/วัน), ผู้ป่วยพิเศษ (ประมาณ 5 ราย/วัน), และผู้ป่วยติดเตียง (ประมาณ 3 ราย/วัน) โดยเฉลี่ยรวม 33 ราย/วัน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องน าเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้การบริการสะดวก รวดเร็ว ทันการณ์ และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องประกอบอาหารและบริการอาหารส าหรับผู้ป่วยในเท่านั้น โดยใช้สถานที่ของโรงพยาบาลและห้ามจ าหน่ายอาหารทุกชนิดในโรงพยาบาล

This project aims to procure ready-to-eat meals for general and special patients at Chae Hom Hospital. Bidders must possess the qualifications, readiness, and expertise in preparing and serving meals to inpatients. Bidders are responsible for all investments, including cleanliness of preparation areas, ingredients, personnel, equipment, and other related items, adhering to the hospital’s sanitation standards.

The scope of work includes providing meals for general patients (approximately 25 per day), special patients (approximately 5 per day), and bedridden patients (approximately 3 per day), averaging 33 patients per day. Bidders must utilize modern technology for management to ensure convenient, prompt, and high-quality service according to international standards.

Bidders must prepare and serve meals for inpatients only, using the hospital’s facilities, and are prohibited from selling any type of food within the hospital.
