โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างซุ้มทางเข้า-ออกของโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ ตั้งอยู่ที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และสร้างสัญลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นให้กับโรงพยาบาล ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานโครงสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม งานไฟฟ้า และงานสุขาภิบาล รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายและองค์ประกอบตกแต่งอื่นๆ

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบและรายการที่กำหนด โดยใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน และต้องควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามหลักวิชาช่างที่ดี มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง และสวยงาม สิ่งที่ต้องส่งมอบประกอบด้วยซุ้มทางเข้า-ออกที่ก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จตามข้อกำหนด พร้อมทั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและสุขาภิบาลที่ใช้งานได้ การประเมินผลงานจะพิจารณาจากคุณภาพงาน ความถูกต้องตามแบบ และการส่งมอบงานตรงเวลา
