โครงการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างและภูมิทัศน์อาคาร 11 คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนการสอน และเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว (Green University) โดยเน้นความเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงระเบียงทางเดินชั้น 1-9, ปรับปรุงหลังคาเพื่อรองรับ Solar cell, ตกแต่งเปลือกอาคาร, จัดทำป้าย, และปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร รวมถึงงานรื้อถอน, งานโครงสร้าง, งานระบบสาธารณูปโภค, งานปรับปรุง, และงานสถาปัตยกรรม โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 240 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

The project for the structural and landscape renovation of Building 11, Faculty of Social Sciences, Srinakharinwirot University, aims to improve the environment and facilities to be suitable for teaching and learning, and to comply with the Green University policy, emphasizing environmental friendliness and safety. The scope of work includes renovating the corridors on floors 1-9, improving the roof to support solar cells, decorating the building facade, installing signage, and improving the landscape both inside and outside the building. This includes demolition, structural work, utility systems, renovation, and architectural work. The project will be carried out through an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) for the third time. The contractor must complete the work within 240 days from the date of signing the contract.
