โครงการนี้เทศบาลตำบลกำแพงเพชรมีความประสงค์จะทำการปรับปรุงถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต ถนนชวนพัฒนา - รักษ์ไชย จากบริเวณหน้าวัดห้วยหลาดเชื่อมต่อถนนยนตรการกำธร หมู่ที่ 3 ในตำบลกำแพงเพชร อำเภอรัตภูมิ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงผิวจราจรให้มีความกว้าง 4.70 - 6.50 เมตร และความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 535.00 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 2,860.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมทั้งก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ํา ค.ส.ล. ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.60 เมตร ด้านบนเป็นรางตื้นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก รวมความยาวทั้งสองข้างไม่น้อยกว่า 1,060 เมตร

รายการก่อสร้างประกอบด้วย:

1. ขุดคูเพื่อวางท่อพร้อมบ่อพัก และหล่อรางตื้น ค.ส.ล.
2. ทำความสะอาดผิวถนนเดิม ซ่อมแซมหลุมลึกด้วยแอสฟัลท์บดอัดแน่น
3. Tack Coat, ปูทับแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต
4. ทำความสะอาดผิวจราจรและตีเส้นจราจร
5. ติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและถาวร

The project aims to improve the asphalt concrete road on Chuan Pattana - Rak Chai Road, Kamphaeng Phet Subdistrict, Rattaphum District, Songkhla Province. The scope includes improving the road surface with a width of 4.70 - 6.50 meters and a length of at least 535.00 meters, along with the construction of a drainage pipe with a diameter of 0.60 meters and a reinforced concrete shallow channel on top, with a total length of both sides not less than 1,060 meters.
The construction list includes:

1. Excavate ditches for pipe laying with manholes and cast shallow reinforced concrete channels.
2. Clean the existing road surface and repair deep holes with compacted asphalt.
3. Tack Coat, overlaying asphalt concrete.
4. Clean the road surface and apply traffic lines.
5. Install temporary and permanent project signs.
