งานจ้างนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดพิมพ์หนังสือรายงานประจำปี 2567 ของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลการดำเนินงาน, สร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทของ รฟท., เผยแพร่จรรยาบรรณ และการกำกับดูแลกิจการ ตลอดจนการดำเนินงานตาม พ.ร.บ. ข้อมูลข่าวสารฯ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม, หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง, สื่อมวลชน และประชาชนที่สนใจ
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการออกแบบอาร์ตเวิร์ค, จัดพิมพ์หนังสือรายงานประจำปี (200 เล่ม, ขนาด 20x24 ซม., ปกพิมพ์ 4 สี, เนื้อในพิมพ์สี่สีบนกระดาษอาร์ตด้าน 120 แกรม, จำนวน 200-500 หน้า, เข้าเล่มเย็บที่ไสสันทากาว), การแปลเนื้อหาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ, การถ่ายภาพผู้บริหาร (45-55 คน) และภาพประกอบ (อย่างน้อย 100 ภาพ), การจัดทำ E-book (Flip Book และ Animate), การจัดส่งหนังสือรายงาน (230 แห่ง) และการจัดทำพื้นที่ออนไลน์พร้อม QR Code สำหรับดาวน์โหลดไฟล์
ผู้รับจ้างต้องนำเสนอแนวคิดการออกแบบปก, จัดทำรายงานประจำปีตัวอย่าง (25 หน้า), และส่งตัวอย่างผลงานหลังวันเสนอราคาไม่เกิน 3 วันทำการ
This project aims to print the 2024 annual report of the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) to disseminate performance results, promote understanding of SRT’s role, publish the code of conduct and corporate governance, and comply with the Official Information Act. The target audience includes agencies under the Ministry of Transport, relevant public and private organizations, media, and the public.
The scope of work includes artwork design, printing of the annual report (200 copies, size 20x24 cm, 4-color cover, 4-color interior on 120 gsm art paper, 200-500 pages, perfect binding), translation of content into English by experts, photography of executives (45-55 people) and illustrations (at least 100 images), creation of E-books (Flip Book and Animate), delivery of annual reports (230 locations), and creation of online space with QR Code for file download.
The contractor must present cover design concepts, create a sample annual report (25 pages), and submit sample work within 3 business days after the bid submission date.
