เทศบาลเมืองสระบุรีกำลังดำเนินการจัดหาผู้รับจ้างเพื่อดำเนินโครงการสอนภาษาต่างประเทศในรูปแบบห้องเรียนพิเศษ Mini English Program (MEP) ให้กับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองสระบุรี โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน, เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้กับเจ้าของภาษา, ส่งเสริมเจตคติที่ดีในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ, และยกระดับมาตรฐานการเรียนการสอนตามนโยบายของเทศบาล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาผู้สอนชาวต่างชาติ (English Native Speaker) จำนวน 5 คน ที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่กำหนด โดยผู้สอนจะต้องมาจากประเทศ สหราชอาณาจักร, สหรัฐอเมริกา, แคนาดา, ออสเตรเลีย, นิวซีแลนด์ หรือชาวยุโรปที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาราชการ ผู้สอนต้องมีชั่วโมงสอนไม่น้อยกว่า 22 คาบ/สัปดาห์ และต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้, แผนการพัฒนาผู้สอน และแผนการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน

This project aims to procure foreign teachers (English Native Speakers) to teach English in the Mini English Program (MEP) for students in grades 1-3 of schools under the jurisdiction of the Sa-Buri Municipality. The project’s objectives are to develop students’ English communication skills, provide opportunities for students to learn with native speakers, promote a positive attitude toward learning English, and raise the standards of teaching and learning in accordance with the municipality’s policy. The contractor must provide 5 foreign teachers (English Native Speakers) with the specified qualifications. The teachers must be from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Europeans who use English as an official language. Teachers must have at least 22 teaching periods/week and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. In addition, the contractor must prepare a lesson plan, a teacher development plan, and a plan for supervision, follow-up and evaluation of teaching and learning.
