โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม ณ โรงพยาบาลแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยมีเครื่องไตเทียมสำหรับใช้ในการฟอกเลือดอย่างเพียงพอและได้มาตรฐาน โดยแบ่งเป็นการให้บริการโดยใช้เครื่องไตเทียมของผู้รับจ้าง 1,480 ครั้ง และเครื่องไตเทียมของโรงพยาบาล 740 ครั้ง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องไตเทียมพร้อมใช้งาน, ติดตั้งระบบน้ำบริสุทธิ์ Reverse Osmosis (RO) แบบ Direct feed, จัดหาอุปกรณ์และวัสดุการแพทย์ที่จำเป็น, รวมถึงจัดหาแพทย์อายุรกรรมโรคไตเป็นแพทย์ที่ปรึกษาหน่วยไตเทียม ทางโรงพยาบาลจะรับผิดชอบในส่วนของการจัดเตรียมสถานที่, ระบบสาธารณูปโภค, และเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย

This project is for outsourcing hemodialysis services at Mae Sai Hospital, Chiang Rai Province. The objective is to ensure patients have sufficient and standard hemodialysis machines. The service is divided into 1,480 sessions using the contractor’s dialysis machines and 740 sessions using the hospital’s dialysis machines. The contractor will provide ready-to-use dialysis machines, install a Direct Feed Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system, provide necessary medical equipment and supplies, and provide a nephrologist as a consultant. The hospital will be responsible for preparing the facility, utilities, and patient care staff.
