โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ถนนเทศบาล 5 ในชุมชนท้ายวัง หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยมีขนาดกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ยาว 1,550 เมตร และหนา 0.20 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 9,300 ตารางเมตร ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การปรับปรุงพื้นทางเดิมให้ได้มาตรฐาน การวางชั้นวัสดุคัดเลือกและหินคลุกตามข้อกำหนด การเทคอนกรีตผิวจราจรขนาด 400 KSC การติดตั้งป้ายโครงการและป้ายจราจรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท การตีเส้นจราจรบนผิวทาง การอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจร และการจัดการกับสิ่งกีดขวางต่างๆ ภายในเขตทาง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการกำหนดให้ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการรื้อผิวจราจรเดิมโดยวิธี Milling พร้อมขนย้ายในระยะทางไม่เกิน 3 กิโลเมตร

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road in the Thai Wang community, Saraburi province. The road will be 6.00 meters wide, 1,550 meters long, and 0.20 meters thick, with a total area of no less than 9,300 square meters. The scope of work includes the improvement of the existing road base, the placement of selected materials and crushed stone layers, the pouring of a 400 KSC concrete surface, the installation of project signs and traffic signs, and the marking of traffic lines on the road surface. It also includes traffic management and handling of obstacles within the road boundary. In addition, the contractor is required to remove the existing road surface by milling and transporting it within a distance of no more than 3 kilometers.
