โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมผิวทางด้วยแอสฟัลต์ติกคอนกรีต (AC) ทางเข้าหนองควายหลวง หมู่ที่ 4 ตําบลดอยงาม อําเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยจะดำเนินการเสริมผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (AC) ใน 2 ช่วง คือ ช่วงแรกขนาดกว้าง 4.80 เมตร ยาว 235.00 เมตร และช่วงที่สองขนาดกว้าง 5.80 เมตร ยาว 165.00 เมตร รวมถึงการเสริมผิวทางบริเวณทางโค้งและทางแยกต่างๆ ให้ได้พื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 2,185.00 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้งโคมไฟถนนโซลาเซลล์ จำนวน 15 ชุด ตามบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย เพื่อเพิ่มแสงสว่างและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร และมีการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการและป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการแก่ประชาชน

This project aims to reinforce the road surface with Asphalt Concrete (AC) at the entrance to Nong Kwai Luang Village No. 4, Doi Ngam Subdistrict, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province. The project includes reinforcing the asphalt concrete surface in two sections: the first section is 4.80 meters wide and 235.00 meters long, and the second section is 5.80 meters wide and 165.00 meters long. It also includes reinforcing the road surface at curves and intersections, with a total area of at least 2,185.00 square meters. In addition, 15 sets of solar street lights will be installed according to the Thai innovation list to increase lighting and traffic safety. Project signs and public relations signs will also be installed to provide information about the project to the public.
