รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อ Surge Arrester ขนาด 9 kV และ 21 kV สำหรับระบบไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ (สำหรับระบบ 12 kV และ 24 kV) ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) เพื่อป้องกันอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าจากแรงดันเกินชั่วขณะอันเนื่องมาจากฟ้าผ่าหรือเหตุการณ์อื่นๆ ในระบบไฟฟ้า
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- การผลิตและจัดหา Surge Arrester ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคของ กฟน.
- การทดสอบ Surge Arrester ตามมาตรฐาน IEC 60099-4 หรือ มอก. 2366-2551 รวมถึงการทดสอบเพิ่มเติม เช่น Moisture ingress test, Weathering ageing test, และ Short circuit test
- การจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น แบบ drawing, คู่มือการติดตั้งและการใช้งาน
- การบรรจุหีบห่อและจัดส่ง Surge Arrester ไปยังคลังสินค้าของ กฟน.
- การให้การรับประกันสินค้าตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตและจัดหา Surge Arrester ที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่า มีผลการทดสอบที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล และมีทีมงานที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
This project aims to procure 9 kV and 21 kV Surge Arresters for the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s (MEA) AC power system (for 12 kV and 24 kV systems). The objective is to protect electrical equipment from transient overvoltages caused by lightning or other events in the power system.
The scope of work includes:
- Manufacturing and supplying Surge Arresters that meet MEA’s technical specifications.
- Testing Surge Arresters according to IEC 60099-4 or TIS 2366-2551 standards, including additional tests such as Moisture ingress test, Weathering ageing test, and Short circuit test.
- Preparing technical documentation such as drawings, installation and operating manuals.
- Packaging and delivering Surge Arresters to MEA’s warehouse.
- Providing product warranty according to specified conditions.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as having experience in manufacturing and supplying Surge Arresters with equivalent specifications, providing test results demonstrating that the products meet international standards, and having a knowledgeable team to provide technical consultation and problem-solving.
