โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อปอดเทียม (membrane oxygenator) จำนวน 280 ชุด สำหรับโรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น เพื่อใช้ในการผ่าตัดหัวใจแบบเปิด โดยปอดเทียมที่ต้องการเป็นชนิด Hollow Oxygenator hard shell reservoir ที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะดังนี้ ส่วนแลกเปลี่ยนแก๊สใช้เส้นใย Polypropylene มีพื้นที่ 2.5 ตารางเมตร เคลือบ X-Coating เพื่อลดการจับเกาะของเกร็ดเลือด มี Integrated arterial filter และ Heat Exchanger ทำจาก Stainless Steel มี Venous Reservoir ความจุ 4,000 มิลลิลิตร ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต และผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องได้รับการรับรองจาก อย. หรือ สมอ. ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบ

This project aims to procure 280 units of membrane oxygenators for Khon Kaen Hospital, intended for use in open-heart surgery. The required oxygenator type is Hollow Oxygenator hard shell reservoir, featuring Polypropylene gas exchange fibers with a surface area of 2.5 square meters, X-Coating for reduced platelet adhesion, an integrated arterial filter, a Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger, and a 4,000-milliliter Venous Reservoir. Bidders must provide a distributor certificate from the manufacturer, and the product must be certified by the FDA or TISI. The product must have a shelf life of at least 2 years from the date of delivery.
