สำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดระนองมีความประสงค์จะเช่ารถยนต์บรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด ๑ ตัน จำนวน ๑ คัน เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานฯ โดยรถยนต์ที่เช่าต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ เครื่องยนต์ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิลแค็บ นอกจากนี้ รถยนต์ที่เช่าควรเป็นรถยกสูง เช่น Prerunner หรือ Hilander และมีอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานและอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพให้เช่าหรือจัดหาพัสดุดังกล่าว และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องไม่มีคุณสมบัติต้องห้ามตามที่ระบุไว้ เช่น การเป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน หรือมีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น

The Ranong Provincial Industry Office is seeking to rent a 1-ton diesel truck for operational use. The truck must meet specific requirements, including an engine with a capacity of no less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of no less than 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, and a double cab.
