โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ในสายทางห้วยโป่งฮีใต้ หมู่ที่ 2 บ้านม่วงเจ็ดต้น ตำบลม่วงเจ็ดต้น อำเภอบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีขนาดความกว้าง 3.00 เมตร ความยาว 725.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ก่อสร้างไม่น้อยกว่า 2,025.00 ตารางเมตร จุดเริ่มต้นโครงการอยู่ที่พิกัด 18.113855, 101.13193 และสิ้นสุดที่พิกัด 16.113223, 101.12909 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและขนส่งสินค้าของประชาชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของชุมชน การก่อสร้างประกอบด้วยงานเตรียมพื้นที่, งานเทคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก, งานติดตั้งรอยต่อ, และงานไหล่ทางลูกรังตามสภาพพื้นที่ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road in Huai Pong Hee Tai, Moo 2, Ban Muang Chet Ton, Muang Chet Ton Subdistrict, Ban Khok District, Uttaradit Province. The road will be 3.00 meters wide, 725.00 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, covering an area of no less than 2,025.00 square meters. The project aims to facilitate transportation and improve the quality of life for the local community. The construction includes site preparation, reinforced concrete pouring, joint installation, and gravel shoulder work. Contractors are required to use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value and domestically produced steel for at least 90% of the total steel volume.
