โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้ามีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อ “ชุดกล้องจุลทรรศน์พร้อมระบบวีดิทัศน์ สำหรับงานรักษาทางทันตกรรม” จำนวน 1 ชุด ด้วยงบประมาณ 2,390,000 บาท เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการบริการผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาล โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย หรืออยู่ระหว่างถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เช่น เป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, มีทะเบียนพาณิชย์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และหากเป็นเครื่องมือแพทย์นำเข้า จะต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการนำเข้าจาก อย. หรือหนังสือแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ได้รับอนุญาต ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ กองทันตกรรมฯ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ ชั้น 5 พร้อมทั้งมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี และต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิตทุก 3 เดือน ตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน
