โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมางานตัดหญ้า (Grass Cutting and Clearing) และเก็บเศษหญ้า, ขยะ พร้อมขนทิ้ง บนทางหลวงพิเศษหมายเลข 9 ตอนควบคุม 0401 ตอน บางปะอิน - แขวงรามอินทรา ระหว่าง กม.0+000 ถึง กม.44+300 ทั้งด้านซ้ายทางและขวาทาง เป็นช่วง ๆ ปริมาณงานรวม 5,213,400 ตร.ม. โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการโดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อหาผู้รับจ้างที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมในการดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาทางหลวงพิเศษ ซึ่งเป็นทางระบบปิดที่มีการควบคุมความเร็วสูง และมีการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมผ่านทาง การตัดหญ้าและเก็บขยะอย่างต่อเนื่องมีความสำคัญเพื่อป้องกันอันตรายจากไฟไหม้ และอำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้ทางหลวงพิเศษ

This project is a bidding process for grass cutting and clearing services on Highway No. 9, Section Bang Pa-in - Ram Inthra, from km 0+000 to km 44+300 on both sides, covering a total area of 5,213,400 sq.m. The contractor is responsible for grass cutting, waste collection, and disposal according to the Department of Intercity Motorways’ standards, using the e-bidding method.
