ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาสำหรับการจัดซื้อยางนอกพร้อมจุ๊ปเลส ขนาด 265/60R18 ดอกละเอียด จำนวน 80 เส้น เพื่อใช้ประกอบกับรถยนต์ของทางราชการ โดยมีคุณสมบัติที่ต้องการคือ ต้องเป็นยางนอกแบบไม่ใช้ยางใน (Tubeless) โครงสร้างเรเดียล และดอกยางเป็นแบบดอกละเอียด (Rib Pattern) สินค้าที่เสนอต้องผลิตในประเทศไทย และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น มอก. หรือโรงงานผลิตต้องได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารรายละเอียดแคตตาล็อกสินค้า, เอกสารยืนยันโรงงานผลิต, หนังสือรับรองการเป็นโรงงานผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่าย, และเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) หรือ ISO 9001:2015 พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชนและทะเบียนบ้าน (กรณีมอบอำนาจต้องมีเอกสารของผู้มอบและผู้รับมอบอำนาจ) กรมจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด และการจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านระบบโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารโดยตรง

Required specifications include tubeless type, radial construction, and rib pattern. The product must be manufactured in Thailand and meet specified quality standards such as TIS, or the manufacturing plant must be ISO 9001:2015 certified. Bidders must submit product catalogs, factory confirmation documents, manufacturer or authorized dealer certification, and TIS or ISO 9001:2015 certification, along with copies of ID card and house registration (if authorization is given, documents of both the authorizer and the authorized person are required). The department will consider the lowest price as the primary criterion, and payment will be made via direct bank transfer.
