การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) โดย ฝ่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพทรัพยากรบุคคลและคุณภาพ (อศค.) มีความประสงค์จะเช่ายานพาหนะประเภทรถตู้หลังคาสูง ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล เกียร์อัตโนมัติ จำนวน 1 คัน พร้อมติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ระบบติดตามและตรวจสอบตำแหน่งยานพาหนะ (GPS), อุปกรณ์กล้องบันทึกเหตุการณ์หน้ารถ และกล้องสำหรับถอยจอด ระยะเวลาการเช่า 5 ปี (60 เดือน) เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2568 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2573 เพื่อใช้งานในเขตจังหวัดลำปาง และจังหวัดต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ ผู้สนใจจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล และมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคาเช่าด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการยื่นข้อเสนอให้ครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุใน TOR เช่น หลักฐานยืนยันคุณสมบัติ, Catalogue และรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของรถ, ตารางเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ, สำเนาใบขึ้นทะเบียน SMEs (ถ้ามี), และสำเนาหนังสือรับรองสินค้า Made in Thailand (ถ้ามี) โดย กฟผ. จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจากราคารวมต่ำสุด และมีรายละเอียดถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด

The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) requires the rental of a high-roof van, with an engine size of no less than 2,400 cc, a diesel engine, and an automatic transmission, including the installation of GPS tracking, a front-dash camera, and a reversing camera with a display screen, for a period of 5 years (60 months), commencing from July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2030. The vehicle is intended for general use within the province of Lampang and various provinces nationwide. Interested parties must be juristic persons and meet the requirements specified in the e-bidding documents. Bidders must prepare all required documents, such as proof of eligibility, catalogs, vehicle specifications, comparison tables, SME registration certificates (if applicable), and Made in Thailand certification (if applicable). EGAT will evaluate proposals based on the lowest total price and compliance with specified requirements.
