The project for procuring one set of Orthopedic and Gynecological surgical instruments for Roi Et Hospital aims to provide tools for surgical treatment of patients. The scope of work includes various surgical instruments made of stainless steel, including bone rongeurs, wire cutters, wire twisting forceps, Hohmann retractors, and Allis tissue forceps. All instruments must be new, never used before, and able to withstand autoclaving. Both the manufacturer and distributor must be ISO 13485 certified. Delivery must be completed within 120 days after contract signing, and a 1-year warranty is required. The bid evaluation criterion is based on price.
