โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ทันสมัยสำหรับห้องปฏิบัติการอเนกประสงค์ เพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาและทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษของกำลังพล ทอ. โดยระบบนี้จะช่วยให้กำลังพลได้รับการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษด้วยระบบ Computer-based Test ที่ได้มาตรฐาน และสามารถใช้งานร่วมกับระบบทดสอบแบบปรับเหมาะโดยคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Adaptive Test) ที่พัฒนาโดย ศตว.ทอ. ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อและติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับงานประมวลผล, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ (ทั้งแบบมีสายและไร้สาย), ตู้สำหรับจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์, ซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการห้องเรียน, ชุดหูฟังพร้อมไมโครโฟน, ชุดเครื่องเสียง, เครื่องมัลติมีเดียโปรเจคเตอร์, กระดานอัจฉริยะ รวมถึงงานติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ (LAN) และระบบไฟฟ้า
The project aims to procure a modern information technology system for a multi-purpose laboratory to be used for English language education and testing for Air Force personnel. The system will enable standardized computer-based English language testing and be compatible with the Computer Adaptive Test system developed by the Air Force Science and Weapon Systems Development Center. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of computers for processing, uninterruptible power supplies, signal distribution equipment (both wired and wireless), equipment storage cabinets, classroom management software, headphones with microphones, audio systems, multimedia projectors, smartboards, and the installation of computer network (LAN) and electrical systems.
