โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุก (ปิคอัพ) ขนาด 1 ตัน แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่เกิน 2,400 ซีซี หรือรถยนต์ดีเซล ที่มีกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่เกิน 150 แรงม้า จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในราชการ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถยนต์ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ระบบเบรก ABS, EBD, ระบบปรับอากาศ, และอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานอื่นๆ รวมถึงการรับประกันสินค้า

The project aims to procure a 1-ton double-cab, 2-wheel drive pickup truck with a cylinder volume not exceeding 2,400 cc or a diesel engine with a maximum power of 150 horsepower, for official use.
The scope of work includes providing a vehicle that meets the specifications outlined in the TOR, such as ABS, EBD, air conditioning, and other standard equipment, as well as product warranty.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as being a vendor of the items being bid on, not being blacklisted, and not having any conflicts of interest. Bidders must submit their bids through the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) and comply with the conditions for vehicle delivery and payment.
