องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ จำนวน 1 คัน ให้กับโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านป่งขาม เพื่อใช้ในงานราชการและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้มีรถยนต์สำหรับปฏิบัติภารกิจต่างๆ ของโรงพยาบาลฯ ผู้สนใจต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล, เป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์, มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รายละเอียดของรถบรรทุกที่ต้องการได้แก่ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ขนาด 1 ตัน, ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี, ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ, และมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR ราคากลางอยู่ที่ 1,055,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมติดตั้งตราสัญลักษณ์และข้อความตามที่กำหนด มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 3 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร และผู้ขายต้องทำประกันภัยรถยนต์ชั้น 1 ให้ด้วย

The main objective is to have a vehicle for performing various hospital missions. Interested parties must be juristic persons, manufacturers or vehicle distributors, meet the qualifications required by law, and must register in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. Details of the required pickup truck include a diesel engine, 1-ton size, engine displacement of not less than 2,400 cc, 4-wheel drive, double-cab, and meet the standards specified in the TOR. The median price is 1,055,000 baht (including VAT), with delivery scheduled within 60 days after signing the contract, along with the installation of symbols and messages as specified.
