โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเครื่องแบบสนามแบบกระเป๋าเจาะพร้อมเครื่องหมาย ให้กับทหารกองประจำการปีที่ 2 ผลัด พฤษภาคม 2567 จำนวน 412 นาย โดยมณฑลทหารบกที่ 24 จะดำเนินการจัดจ้างด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) วงเงินงบประมาณ 824,000 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการตัดเย็บเครื่องแบบสนามแบบกระเป๋าเจาะพร้อมเครื่องหมาย ตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบพัสดุ ณ คลังเก็บสิ่งอุปกรณ์ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 24 ภายใน 45 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยต้องไปทำการวัดตัวและลองตัวเพื่อทำการตัดเย็บเป็นรายบุคคล ณ สถานที่ตามที่กำหนด
การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมต่ำสุด ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะต้องทำสัญญาจ้างภายใน 15 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้ง และวางหลักประกันสัญญาเป็นจำนวนเงินเท่ากับร้อยละ 5 ของราคาค่าจ้างที่ประกวดราคาได้
This project aims to procure field uniforms with patch pockets and insignia for the 2nd-year conscripts enlisted in May 2024, totaling 412 individuals. The 24th Military District will conduct the procurement process through e-bidding, with a budget of 824,000 Baht. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, be engaged in the business of electronic bidding, and have no conflicting interests with other bidders.
The scope of work includes tailoring field uniforms with patch pockets and insignia according to the specified requirements. The contractor must deliver the materials to the equipment storage warehouse of the 24th Military District within 45 days from the contract signing date. Individual measurements and fittings must be conducted at the designated location.
The selection of the winning bid will be based on the lowest total price. The winner of the e-bidding must sign a contract within 15 days of notification and provide a contract guarantee equal to 5% of the bid price.
