โครงการปรับปรุงท่อระบายน้ําบางบัว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบระบายน้ําในพื้นที่ ต.วัดโบสถ์ อ.เมือง จ.ปราจีนบุรี ขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การจัดซื้อและส่งมอบวัสดุก่อสร้างตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ (Specifications) ที่กรมชลประทานกำหนด ได้แก่ หินใหญ่คละขนาด 15-30 ซม., หินย่อยเบอร์ 1 และทรายหยาบ ผู้ขายมีหน้าที่ส่งมอบวัสดุ ณ จุดดําเนินการโครงการฯ ภายใน 90 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยต้องเริ่มทยอยส่งมอบภายใน 7 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุจะทำการตรวจรับวัสดุตามวิธีการที่กำหนด เช่น การวัดปริมาตรหินในรถบรรทุก หรือการวัดกองหิน หากคณะกรรมการฯ สงสัยในคุณภาพของวัสดุ สามารถเก็บตัวอย่างเพื่อตรวจสอบได้ โดยผู้ขายต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพตามอัตราที่สำนักวิจัยและพัฒนา (กรมชลประทาน) กำหนด การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบของครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด

The Bang Bua Drainage Pipe Improvement Project aims to improve the drainage system in Wat Bot Subdistrict, Mueang District, Prachinburi Province. The main scope of work is the procurement and delivery of construction materials according to the specifications set by the Royal Irrigation Department (RID), including mixed-size large stones (15-30 cm), crushed stone No. 1, and coarse sand. The supplier is responsible for delivering the materials to the project site within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, with initial deliveries starting within 7 days of contract signing. The Material Inspection Committee will inspect the materials according to specified methods, such as measuring the volume of stones in trucks or measuring piles of stones. If the committee suspects the quality of the materials, they can collect samples for testing, with the supplier responsible for the analysis costs at the rates set by the RID’s Research and Development Office. Payment will be made upon complete and correct delivery of the materials according to the requirements.
