โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงอาคารอเนกประสงค์ ป๊อก ๑๐ บ้านเทอดไทย หมู่ที่ ๑ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้เป็นสถานที่สำหรับจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของหมู่บ้าน และเพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารให้ได้มาตรฐานและมีความปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างตามแบบรูปรายการที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลเทอดไทยกำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึงรายละเอียดของอาคารขนาดกว้าง 4.80 เมตร ยาว 16.80 เมตร การติดตั้งป้ายระหว่างดำเนินการก่อสร้างจำนวน 1 ป้าย และป้ายมาตรฐานโครงการอีก 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนตามสัญญา
This project involves the renovation of the multipurpose building in Pok 10, Ban Thoet Thai, Village No. 1. The main objectives are to provide a venue for village activities and to improve the building’s standards and safety. The scope of work includes construction according to the specifications of the Thoet Thai Subdistrict Administration Organization, including a building measuring 4.80 meters wide and 16.80 meters long, the installation of one construction sign, and one standard project sign. The project must be completed within 90 days from the signing of the contract, with a single payment upon full completion of the contract.
