โรงพยาบาลน้ําโสม จังหวัดอุดรธานี มีความต้องการจ้างเหมาบริการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังที่ต้องได้รับการบำบัดทดแทนไตเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังสามารถเข้าถึงบริการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมในโรงพยาบาล ลดการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไปโรงพยาบาลอื่น และรองรับผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการล้างไตทางช่องท้อง
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ ติดตั้งเครื่องฟอกเลือดและระบบน้ำ RO ให้ได้มาตรฐานจากสมาคมโรคไตแห่งประเทศไทย (ตรต.) จัดหาอายุรแพทย์โรคไตและพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีคุณสมบัติตามกำหนด ดูแลบำรุงรักษาเครื่องไตเทียมและระบบน้ำ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างต้องตั้งเบิกเอกสารการฟอกเลือดและให้ความร่วมมือกับโรงพยาบาลในการเก็บข้อมูล
โรงพยาบาลน้ําโสมจะจ่ายเงินเป็นรายเดือนเมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ปฏิบัติงานและส่งมอบงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคา
Nam Som Hospital, Udon Thani Province, is seeking a contractor to provide hemodialysis services due to the increasing number of patients with chronic kidney failure. The objectives are to improve access to hemodialysis services within the hospital, reduce patient referrals, and accommodate patients with complications from peritoneal dialysis. The contractor is responsible for facility renovations, installation of dialysis machines and RO water systems that meet standards of the Thai Renal Society (TRT), providing qualified nephrologists and nurses, maintaining equipment and facilities, and covering all related expenses. The contractor must also handle billing documentation and cooperate with the hospital in data collection. Payments will be made monthly upon successful completion and delivery of services. The selection of the contractor will be based on price.
