This project involves the procurement of one EMS ambulance to support emergency medical operations of the Na Phu Sub-district Administration Organization in Yang Sisurat District, Maha Sarakham Province. The main objective is to enhance the efficiency of assisting and transporting emergency patients or accident victims to the hospital quickly and safely.

The scope of work includes providing an ambulance with specified qualifications, including a 4-cylinder diesel engine with a cylinder volume of at least 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 110 kilowatts, along with standard medical equipment such as a wheeled alloy bed, a breathing assistance kit, a laryngoscope, a suction device, a blood pressure monitor, a cervical spine immobilization kit, a vacuum splint set, an oxygen supply kit, oxygen tanks, a spine board, a head immobilizer, a first aid kit, and other necessary equipment.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as being a licensed manufacturer or distributor, having legal capacity, and not having conflicts of interest with other bidders. The selection will be based on a price-performance evaluation, considering the benefits to the government. Delivery is required within 60 days from the contract signing date.
