โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตสายบ้านนางคำพอง บุญเคลิ้ม หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลหนองแสง อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก ถึงเขตติดต่อตำบลศรีนาวา, ตำบลหินตั้ง กว้าง 4.00 เมตร ระยะทาง 1.325 กิโลเมตร งบประมาณ 1,900,000 บาท โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ประชาชนเดินทางสัญจรได้สะดวกขึ้น ขนส่งผลผลิตทางการเกษตรได้รวดเร็ว ถนนมีมาตรฐาน ลดฝุ่นละออง ส่งเสริมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของชุมชน ลดอุบัติเหตุ และสร้างสุขภาพที่ดีให้กับประชาชน การดำเนินโครงการนี้เป็นไปตามแผนปฏิบัติราชการประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 ของจังหวัดนครนายก โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองแสงเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ

This project aims to construct an asphalt concrete road connecting Ban Nang Khamphong and Ban Boon Kloem villages in Nong Saeng Subdistrict, Pak Phli District, Nakhon Nayok Province, to the border areas of Si Nawa and Hin Tang Subdistricts. The road will be 4.00 meters wide and 1.325 kilometers long, with a budget of 1,900,000 Baht. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The objectives include improving transportation convenience, facilitating agricultural product transport, enhancing road standards, reducing dust pollution, promoting community infrastructure, reducing accidents, and improving public health. The project aligns with the 2025 fiscal year operational plan of Nakhon Nayok Province, with the Nong Saeng Subdistrict Administration Organization responsible for implementation.
