โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาซื้อวัสดุเครื่องบริโภคประเภทผักสด จำนวน 78 รายการ สำหรับโรงพยาบาลอุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลมีผักสดที่มีคุณภาพ สด สะอาด ปลอดภัย และได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการประกอบอาหารสำหรับผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรของโรงพยาบาล

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาผักสดตามรายการและปริมาณที่กำหนดใน TOR โดยผักสดแต่ละรายการจะต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่ระบุไว้ เช่น ความสด สี ขนาด และสภาพทั่วไปที่สมบูรณ์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องจัดส่งผักสดที่บรรจุในภาชนะที่สะอาดและถูกสุขลักษณะ เพื่อป้องกันการปนเปื้อน

รายการผักสดที่ต้องการจัดซื้อมีหลากหลายชนิด เช่น ผักชี, ต้นหอม, มะเขือเทศ, แตงกวา, ผักบุ้ง, กะหล่ำปลี, แครอท, และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย โดยมีปริมาณที่แตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละรายการ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเสนอราคาสำหรับผักสดทุกรายการตามปริมาณที่กำหนด

การส่งมอบผักสดจะต้องเป็นไปตามเวลาและสถานที่ที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการขนส่งผักสดให้ถึงโรงพยาบาลในสภาพที่สดและมีคุณภาพ หากผักสดที่ส่งมอบไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด โรงพยาบาลมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการรับมอบได้

Bidders must quote prices for all fresh vegetable items according to the specified quantities.

The delivery of fresh vegetables must comply with the time and location specified by the hospital. Bidders are responsible for transporting the fresh vegetables to the hospital in fresh and high-quality condition. If the delivered fresh vegetables do not meet the requirements, the hospital has the right to refuse acceptance.
