ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคและมาตรฐานที่กรมทางหลวงกำหนด รวมถึงต้องบริหารจัดการโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน และส่งมอบงานที่มีคุณภาพตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
This project involves the construction of Highway No. 4, Ban Hin Lad - Ban Nai Thui section in Phang Nga Province, from km 707+600.000 to km 721+000.000, with a total distance of approximately 13.400 kilometers. The objective is to improve traffic flow and enhance safety standards on this major highway. The scope of work includes road construction, drainage systems, structural works such as bridges and box culverts, installation of traffic signs and pavement markings, street lighting, and landscaping. The contractor must comply with the technical specifications and standards set by the Department of Highways, manage the project according to the schedule, and deliver high-quality work within the specified timeframe.
