โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างเมรุเผาศพ (ณาปนกิจ) ที่บ้านนาเกษตร หมู่ 12 ตําบลศรีวิชัย อําเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของชุมชนในการประกอบพิธีฌาปนกิจศพอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างเมรุเผาศพตามรูปแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบแปลน รายละเอียดทางเทคนิค และข้อกำหนดที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคา การส่งมอบงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่ยอมรับ
