โครงการก่อสร้างทางหลวงหมายเลข 228 สาย ชุมแพ - หนองบัวลำภู ตอน บ.ห้วยสายหนัง - อ.ศรีบุญเรือง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโครงข่ายถนนให้มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างในช่วง กม.37+900.000 - กม.43+000.000 และ กม.45+500.000 - กม.51+200.000 รวมระยะทางประมาณ 10.800 กิโลเมตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน: ปรับปรุงและขยายผิวทาง, สร้างไหล่ทาง
- งานระบายน้ำ: ก่อสร้างระบบระบายน้ำที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- งานโครงสร้าง: สร้างและปรับปรุงสะพาน, กำแพงกันดิน
- งานไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง: ติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างตามมาตรฐาน
- งานจราจร: ติดตั้งป้ายจราจร, เครื่องหมายจราจร และอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัย
- งานภูมิทัศน์: ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์บริเวณสองข้างทาง
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานของกรมทางหลวง เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ และส่งมอบงานที่มีคุณภาพตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
The construction project of Highway No. 228, Chum Phae - Nong Bua Lamphu Section, Ban Huai Sai Nuea - Sri Bun Rueang District, aims to improve and develop the road network for greater convenience, speed, and safety. Covering construction from Km 37+900.000 to Km 43+000.000 and Km 45+500.000 to Km 51+200.000, with a total distance of approximately 10.800 kilometers.
The scope of work includes:
- Infrastructure Work: Improving and expanding the road surface, constructing shoulders.
- Drainage Work: Constructing an efficient drainage system.
- Structural Work: Building and improving bridges, retaining walls.
- Roadway Lighting Work: Installing standard roadway lighting systems.
- Traffic Work: Installing traffic signs, traffic markings, and safety equipment.
- Landscaping Work: Landscaping along both sides of the road.
The contractor must operate in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Department of Highways to ensure that the project is completed as planned and delivers quality work within the specified timeframe.
